Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi is a film that shows the spectacular life and story of Rani Laxmi Bai the queen of Jhasi, who died while fighting war against the British Raj. But her bravery and fight that she gave is something that has been inspiring generations.
The film feauters Kangana Ranaut as Manikarnika (Rani Laxmi Bai’s name before marraiage). Check the trailer below.
The film also stars Danny Denzongpa, Atul Kulkarni, Jisshu Sengupta, Vaibhav Tatwawaadi and Ankita Lokhande. The film is produced by Zee Studio and written by K. V. Vijayendra Prasad (S.S Rajmouli’s Father) who has written magnum opus like Baahubali before.
Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi is set to release on 25 January 2019. Which sets the Patriot mood right as it releases just a day before Republic Day of India.
